Experienced in leading change, Duncan Anderson has designed, led, and implemented strategy including Organisational Change agendas from both the senior executive and board levels, particularly in the NFP Sector

Duncan’s expertise lies in identifying potential risks and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate them, enabling businesses to navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence. He is adept at aligning Risk Management practices with organisational objectives, ensuring seamless integration into the overall Corporate Strategy. His approach is both analytical and pragmatic, focusing on delivering actionable insights and practical solutions.

His career is complemented by numerous honours, including the Defence Long Service Medal and commendations for his service in Afghanistan and Iraq. Of note, Duncan has provided tailored support to the Western Australian Auditor General in establishing an intelligence led forensic audit capability and an Aged Care provide in their response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. ​

A passionate advocate for Veterans, Duncan is currently the WA State President, National Vice President and Board Chair of the Returned and Services League of Western Australia having previously been a TAFE Managing Director.​

Duncan is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute Effective Directors Course and the Australian and New Zealand Executive Fellows Program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Negative Vetting 2 Clearance (NV2)
